Information you provide directly. When you submit a court or community tip, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Site Kit (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) to understand site traffic and search performance. This may include pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
Cookies. Our site uses standard WordPress functional cookies, and may use cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic analysis. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to and, where appropriate, publish submitted court or tournament tips; send the newsletter you signed up for; maintain and improve the site; and prevent spam or abuse of our forms.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site — including our hosting provider (Hostinger), our form provider (WPForms), and Google (Site Kit, Analytics, and Search Console) — each of which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Some pages link to third-party tournament registration sites (for example, pickleballtournaments.com and pickleballden.com). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies separately before registering.
Data Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to or publish them, or until you ask us to delete them.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in our emails, or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
Children’s Privacy
The Paddle Wagon is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
